More festivals like the ones in City Living

Watch jugglers and acrobats, and/or learn the skills yourself to become an entertainer on the festival stage! A jester could entertain with jokes and slaptstick comedy. NPCs would wander around to entertain you, too, like beggars and nobles. Would be a great pack to introduce fairies in, too ... is that a cosplayer or the real deal? Watch out for the pickpocket! This is a game pack I'd buy in a heartbeat...
