More floor levels?

I'm not sure if this has been discussed before, but i couldnt find anything on the subject recently. Will there ever be more thn 4 above ground floors, because i would like to be able to potentially make small apartment blocks that would have 5-6 above ground floors, similar to where i live RN, but this is not currently possible.

    I don't feel I need more exactly, I just wish we could do half levels. I like that we now have stairs with landings, but I would like to be able to do sunken rooms and larger landings and add aesthetic touches to the outside I can't get without half floors.

    Don't think there will ever be more than 4 levels above ground which is a pity as some buildings need that little extra floor height to look right. I would have loved to build apartment buildings like we had in TS2, but it's not possible in TS4.

    I would actually love it, if the floors can go down four floors. It would be awesome to build a little shack above ground, and have this awesome bunker below ground.
