MORE RELATIONSHIP OPTIONS IN CREATE A SIM

I would like stepparents not to be roommates and then having people develop creepy relationships. Also registering cousins (second and above) as family so we don't have weird genetics going on. If someone has a progression mod, like me, that becomes a serious issue.
