most wanted venue

Shoot I want hotel/motel, school, graveyard, and a wedding venue.

Graveyards are so much more important than hotels, especially if we're playing through several generations.

Would be nice to see the return of the Sims 3-style mausoleum, too!! We really need a spot in the game for collecting all the graves of the non-played sims who die off-camera.

Graveyards would be my most wanted venue. But if I'm being honest, that's due to the fact that I'm mainly an occult player and it would just help my supernatural worlds feel more realistic.

I'd also love to have any of these as well
- Malls
- Comics Shop
- Tea House

I'm not opposed to hotels, but I'm just wondering how they would work? Would they be like apartments, but a rental property instead of residental? Where you have to select a particular unit?

don't know I just put it on here because because a lot of people want hotels I want grave yards to

I vote Mall because you can incorporate just about all these venues.

I would like it if they made your sims buy things on there own or at least indicate they want something by a whim if they add them @tuskor

The Whim glitch that my sims wants to buy the 'Bee Box' still comes up. I thought they fixed that in a previous patch?

I'd like to have a multi-purpose venue in which the options would allow played sims to rent or buy space there for commercial and/or residential use. For example, maybe your sim wants to run a small bodega and also live upstairs above it, while one or more other spaces are still available for other businesses (and possible also residences) which could be either owned by other played sims or run by NPCs. Maybe at that same location - and at the same time - another of your sims wants to rent a room or small apartment above (or below) another business that's run by NPC. It would be great if the player could actually decide from a list of "default" multi-venue traits which ones would be included on that lot.
