Multi functional lot types

I think there should be shared business rentals that functional like bodegas in metropolitan areas. The ground level is the retail store/business and the upper level is a residential rental. Then you can own a store or business and also be a landlord (or live in the upstairs apartment instead of having to own a separate residential lot). Shared community lots and businesses such as: museum with gift shop/retail center, park with flea market/maker space, retail store with restaurant, or simply add shopping mall lot type with food court.
