I've always thought that the Museums and art galleries should have had an NPC Curator some who could accept donations of art and Simoleons and give tours. I also think exhibitions and events should happen at both galleries and museums.
I've wanted a museum curator to donate to for a while. I blame Animal Crossing for putting the idea in my head lol. But I would love something like that in TS4.
