Thank You @Kellogg_J_Kellogg I enjoyed putting on a USO show. It was a bit tricky trying to get everyone together though.

1944

This is a bit of a short year but with plenty of screenshots. Some fur babies age up, the battle at Normandy took place, and Frank's Twins age up to young adults just in time to join the fight.

Bacon, Juniper, and Mimi become elders. I have to say I love pets in this game.

History Lesson: The battle at Normandy took place from June 44 to August 44. It is known as D-Day and resulted in the Western Europe freedom from control. Over 160,000 allied soldiers landed on the beaches, of which 73,000 were U.S. Soldiers. There were about 4414 allied deaths though the number is debatable. Of those deaths 2501 were American. To commemorate this I did a death roll for male soldiers in Europe Sector. Steve Rogers who sadly loses his life.

Robert wrote his sister and his remains were sent home. Dorothy was devastated. Their little girls would never see their father again.

Thomas and Arthur become Young Adults and join the military. With all his boys gone Frank was left alone. He decided to take in a kitten named Rye.
