1945

We all know 1945 was a big year for near about everyone in History. It marked the end of WW2.

1945 Started off with John Damme's Birthday, he aged to a young adult. I pondered sending him to War but figured just turning 18 the war would be over by the time he was done with training. So any young adults that missed WW2 will be drafted into the next one.

After they aged up this apartment is becoming a bit too small as all 5 children now share a room. Though I am tempted for the to continue to live here, make it all more real like. If you are reading this what do you think should they stay here and make do or move into a bigger apartment?

The Battle over Iwo Jima... I won't go into detail only say that it was one of the largest Marine and Navy deployed battles for the US during World War II. It is seen as one of the Victories marking the end of the war. A lot of soldiers both Japanese and American passed on the Battle field. I decided to go ahead and do Death Rolls for my Eastern Sector Soldiers. Surprisingly everyone lived...

Donald Johnson ages to Young Adult. His father sent him straight to the University where he will be studying Drama as he hopes to be a great Actor.

WW2 Ends with a great big HooRah!!! I did another Death Roll for everyone and again everyone survived. I was quiet shocked but very glad.

Naturally it wasn't as easy as all that. Since the military based being discharged on a point system a lot of soldiers remained overseas waiting for their chance to go home. There was also something known as "Operation War Bride" where over 70,000 women and children were eventually transferred to the US in 1946.
