Neighborhood park or another house?
I'm pretty sure half the reason rebuilding the worlds has taken so long is that I'm horribly indecisive.
4/5 lots in Courtyard Lane are built (but unfurnished, slowly working on that) but I'm not sure what to do with Potter's Splay. There's four families in this neighbourhood and nine kids/teens here. Over in Foundry Cove, there's about four kids/teens as well. My original intention was to make Potter's Splay a park, sort of attached to the back end of hiking trails and cook out spots but I could always use more room for more sims.
Which would you put here? A neighbourhood park or a house?

I have already made Magnolia Blossom an affirming church for the graveyard+wedding venue+park aspects but I also waffle back and forth with making it a park-park again.
