I'm glad you added the "Build Instantly" option, but it still adds a step (or several) when you're trying to test for routing - something especially important if you use the Move Objects cheat to squeeze in some extra space.
And another step if you discover you need to edit the layout for whatever reason (maybe you forgot a door to the laundry room). Yes, it's just "Build Lot" and then "Build Instantly" but to need to do both of these for every edit is... time consuming.
