Can own and operate every type of lot and business, plus create multipurpose businesses. The introduction of apparel construction/design, style management, new craftables (ie. I will not be satisfied with the Sims 4 installment if these are not incorporated. Sims 2, Sims 3, and Sims 1 were flipping awesome because they incorporated the above elements in a endless gameplay manner. Sims 4 is lacking ENDLESS GAMEPLAY!
