Really dig the idea with the sheep/llamas/alpacas from which you can obtain wool, as I sometimes use alpaca wool for my crocheting in reality.
I would generally like more animals - small or big! It actually surprises me that there hasn't been any llamas yet. They could also be included with a farm pack, together with cows, chicken etc.
And how I would like to have lop eared bunnies! I imagine them to be purchasable from a rabbit hutch + run area. Bunnies move and interact within it, similar to how other small pets did in previous The Sims games. But I would like to have the possibilty to take the bunny out, have it hop around in the garden, pet it and maybe feed it a carrot. A similar concept could work for other new small-medium pets, such as ferrets, little pigs, and so on.
