Teagan is a very curious young man. He grazes the forest for hours in search of rarities such as stones and crystals. He has a vast collection, being a collector of rare things he finds in the forest. You can find him reading, if not practicing his skills with his sword. He wants to learn so many things that life can teach him.
He lost his father to a battle outside his village. The loss of his brave father has really effected Teagan. The hurt of losing his father is something that engulfs him at times. He has rages and so much anger in him. Teagan believing it was so unfair to lose his father in a battle that was to help the village in hard times. He has followed his friends into much mischief, including pick pocketing other villagers. He follows along with those much older than him. He wants to prove to them he can be one of them. Teagan being so young, he doesn't understand, following them will not be of no good.
Teagan is a kind soul and very expressive with his emotions. He has a little sister that he protects to no end. He adores her and wants to be a great influence on her. His father taught him how to use a sword from a tender young age, it being the custom of his father's family. He flourished with handling his sword, and is very quick. Teagan has not been in many fights, only a few, which were minor disagreements that caused him to draw his sword. He did very well in winning most of them, but has never had blood on his hands.
He is ready to set out on an adventure. Teagan has only been around the village or in the forest. He likes to go fishing, hunting. He also traps food for his family's survival. He wants to be independent and leave his family and his village. It's something he wants to do, so he can experience life beyond the village. Teagan wants to see what is out there for him to discover.
He tells his mother, I hear there is a hidden portal with clues to find that takes you into unknown territories, I want to discover. It will be hard to leave his mother and little sister for a long period of time. They know he will be back. As he sets off he kisses his mother and sister, and hugs them lovingly. He tells them both not to worry too much. This is something I need to do. I will be back home, I promise.
As he was leaving, his mother said she had something for him. She handed Teagan his father's sword and told him, your father would be very proud of you. Teagan wept with the thought of his father and leaving his family, but was so proud to have his fathers sword with him, as he set off to the unknown.
