Left justify is yes, starting all your sentences on the left hand side not the middle.
You don't have to use that sentence, you can if you want, but it is just what you write around. In other words you create a story as normal and you include what your barbarian is doing (the sentence I gave you) plus heaps more of course, but it's just a bit of a buffer to get you going. Read what the others are up to and that will give you more to write about.
