@sawdust I had an encounter with a large (small huntsman) spider this morning. It was sitting by the kitchen light switch, and we scared each other when I turned it on. I think it ran behind the fridge.
It was guarding the hall for two weeks, before it moved into my housemates living room on Friday.
I've been wanting to call it Barry Allen, and today, the lightning speed proved that I chose the right name.
