new microwave and sink options

I've always wanted a microwave that goes into the counter or above the stove option where the range goes. I am geitting bored the only counter microwave that we have. I also would like those sinks ...

I also would like those sinks that show the belly to it when placed into the counter, like a farmhouse sink, very popular these days.

Maybe as a free upgrade would be great?
