The most pressing one now is the functional indoor and outdoor pizza ovens so we can make our pizzas at home or build a retail pizza store. Then slowly over the next quarters add all the others, as all of these items have been on my Wishlist since Sims 4 started.
I would love to see a sewing machine, cutting tables… and a designing career with the ability to create a designer house label with a factory and shop outlet, with the clothes we design (within limits of course) being able to be worn in game - similar to knitting skill.
As for archery, if we have castles we need archers to help defend it and to hunt the food to feed the people living and working there. Also maybe flute, lute, harp and other instruments that are time period appropriate with ability to create a band to play for a grand ball. This could also introduce new animals to the game as well. Hunting would need to be a rabbit hole to keep the gameplay rating. Child sized archery and skill development gameplay would be amazing. Also be nice to have sword gameplay as well - similar to previous sims games.
Drums and bass and maybe a saxophone and flute or harmonica, along with the ability to jam with others and to create a band.
Ballet barre and the related gameplay for toddlers, children, teens, and all the adults to learn to dance ballet and ballroom and maybe even modern dance and hip hop. Ability to put on dance offs, competitions, balls and stage shows. A class aimed for toddlers could be so cute and could increase their movement skill.
In my opinion, pool tables should have already been in the game as part of the bars and university gameplay. Ability to have pool and snooker competitions would be a nice inclusion as well.
