New Venue Types

I like your ideas. A open stadium would be great if our sims play in the games or attend games; and when attending a game, they could get food, play games, buy souvenirs and more. And I agree that parks could use more playground equipment for the kids. I really hope to see open restaurants in the game eventually.

Wow some really great ideas. love them all. It would be so hard just to pick one or two. How about the Tea Room like the one in Sims 3, I guess my favorite was open for business, so I do hope that we get some kind of business where we can sell things like in Sims 2. Vacations, vacations, Oh how nice that would be also. Like one world with all the neighborhoods a different vacation spot.

I want a Teen Hangout that's off-limits to Young Adult and above, where Sim teens could meet other teens and get together to build relationships/potential romances. Have an arcade with pinball and video games, a computer lab for research or chat plus a place for Sims to do homework (bring back the "Do Homework With..." interaction and add group study!), a coffee bar for hot drinks and snacks (or at least some vending machines, maybe one that sells food that can be reheated and have a microwave nearby), maybe even a small dance floor for teens to dance together. Kids have the playgrounds to meet, adults have the nightclub, elders have the lounge, but there's really no specific place for teens to interact, and with teens looking like adults it's really hard to find other teens until you start talking to a Sim and find out they're really a young adult by having 3 trait slots.

Also like all the other suggestions. How about at the Art Studio, give the Sim the option of putting an unfinished painting in their personal inventory and the ability to finish it later, either at home or back at the studio the next day?

Yes I agree we need a teen only place. Maybe a Teen Center or something

@stilljustme2 You're right, with teens looking like elders, it can be really confusing. I would like to see an option for every community lot where we can set "visitors allowed" criteria:

well it would have arcades, Animatronics ,ball pits, Mascots and other games one pre-made Building would be called Larys Llama Pizza a sims Version of Chuck E. Cheese's,.

Off-limits to adults? Interesting. I like that!

When we got the Barrier to Entry system in the Sims 3 Store, I tried to create a child/teen safe spot where they wouldn't have to worry about young adults hanging around, but could never get the hang of it. In Sims 4, I think it's even more important; it would make me more likely to play teens longer rather than aging them up as soon as they get an A grade in high school. While I still like the game, playing teens feels really empty because there's not a whole lot for them to do. Makes no sense for them to get a job because that money just goes into household funds and they never see any of it when they move out. Much more fun if you can get them to meet other teens and form friendships/romantic attachments.

Lots of interesting ideas. I like the idea of a teen hangout.
