Your Family House build is very nice! :) It is very special that you have modelled it on your family home that you grew up in. Very nice exterior of it! The roofing looks great! The dormer and the brickwork texture of the exterior looks great. It looks nice how you have used the hedge fencing on the sides of the lot. The enlarged car in the driveway looks great! The flowers and trees look nice how you have placed them on the edge of the driveway. It looks very nice how you have placed the trees, plants and flowers in the front area of the home. Great backyard area! Sims will enjoy cooking on the bbq there and eating their meal in the sunshine there. It is great that you have a bar area for sims to enjoy having a drink from the bar outdoors in the air. Child Sims will have fun playing on the monkey bars. The water pool and fountain feature looks very nice! The pig and rabbit looks great there! Nice seat bench sitting area. The flower cart is nice for sims to see when sitting there. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! Very nice dining area! Sims will enjoy having the sunlight coming in through the dining room windows whilst eating there as well as liking being able to look through and see what is happening outdoors. The flowers on the table are nice for sims to see when dining there. The grandfather clock looks great in the living and dining room area. Great open layout of the living and dining area. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofas in front of the fire. The candles and books on the coffee table and the picture frames on the fireplace ledge are nice home touches. Nice staircase sitting nook area. The brickwork texture of the walls there look great. The leafy pictures on the wall are nice for sims to see when going up and down the stairs. It looks great how you have positioned them on the staircase side wall. The tiling of the bathroom walls looks great, and it looks great how you have placed the cabinet between the sinks there. Nice furnishing of the bedrooms. Great bookcase nooks in the single bed rooms, and great study desk areas for sims to enjoy sitting at the desk table reading a book of using the computer. It looks nice how you have placed the curtains either side of the bed and of the tv in the master bedroom. Sims will enjoy watching tv whilst laying in bed. Great study room. Sims will enjoy sitting there at the table using the computer or just resting on the arnchair reading a book. It is great that there is a radio there for them to enjoy listening to music at the same time, Very nice kitchen! It looks great how you have placed the kitchen cabinets, and the kitchen wall tiling looks great. Great eat in dining area. The fruit bowl on the table and the mugs rack on the counter are nice touches.
