A beautifully designed modern house with a telescope on the roof for your sims that love to gaze the stars at night, the house is nicely decorated with a light colour pattern and has the accomodation of 4 or 5 sims, depending on modifying one room
There is a pool on the outside together with a barbecue and a table so your sims can do awesome pool parties or birthdays!
