The Nautilus is a very nice yacht themed build! :) The exterior design of it as a ship looks very grand! The exterior looks so very great! It looks very nice how you have the three decks in the build. The ship's roofing is very nice! It looks very nice how you have done the double flights of steps leading on to the ship, and the flights of steps at the front of the ship looks so nice! It looks great how you have the water surrounding the ship, and have the steps leading down so as sims can enjoy swimming in the water. The red and white colour scheme of both the exterior and interior of the ship looks very nice! It looks very nice how you have a pathway leading to an island where sims can use the observatory. Very nice outdoors dining area on the land area of the build! Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating the food at the umbrella covered table, enjoying the outdoors air. The plants, trees and flowers look very nice how you have placed them in the outdoors areas. The street lamps add nice touches in the build. The layout of the build is very nice! The ballerina statue between the stairs that lead onto the boat looks nice. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the ship! It looks nice how you have placed a long white floor aisleway down the middle of the passageway. The plants in red pots, and the side wall tables with sculptures on top of them creates a very nice look! Very nice sofa seats sitting area where sims can relax and watch TV or read a book from the bookcase. It looks nice how you have used both white and red seating. The candles and books are nice touches on the coffee table.Sims will enjoy listening to music from the stereo there too, or enjoy hearing the music from the grand piano being played. The piano corner nook is nice. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools at the bar counter having a drink and a chat. Very nice design of the kitchen! It looks nice how you have placed the kitchen cabinets, and the wall tiling looks nice. The knives on the wall and the mugs rack and utensils on the counters are nice touches there. The bedroom is very nice! The wooden texture of the walls looks very nice. The colourful plumbobs picture on the wall is nice for sims to see when laying in bed. They will enjoy watching TV when in bed. Nice study desk area in the room for the sims to enjoy sitting at the table having a read or using the computer. Each of the bedrooms, both the double and the single bedrooms look very nice! Very nice gym! Sims will like using the fitness equipment there to keep fit. The wall of mirrors in the gym looks nice. Very nice office/captains and steering area in the front area of the ship! Sims will enjoy sitting at the tables there watching TV or using the computers, and looking out at the sea views through the windows! Nice art studio room. Sims will enjoy painting on the easel there. It is great that you have a science room where sims can use the microscope or use the computer at the science themed workstation. The skeleton looks great there! Very nice outdoors sitting areas on the upper deck.
