The exterior design of and layout of Birchwood Villa is so very nice! :) The roofing is very nice! The flower box windows look pretty in the build. The upper curved front balcony looks very nice! Very nice outdoors areas! The way you have used the hedging in the landscaping of the build looks so very nice! Very nice back patio areas! Sims will have fun swimming in the pool or enjoy relaxing on the loungers under the umbrella. Child sims will have fun playing on the monkey bars. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The kitchen is very nice! The island stove and bar stool counter is great! The utensils, fruit bowl, mugs set , wall knives and hanging pans are nice kitchen touches in the room. Very nice design of the living room! The crockery display cabinets, glass trophy display cabinet , the photos and plants on top of it, and the pictures on the wall look very great! Sims will enjoy resting on the sofas in front of the fire. The plants and flowers on the fireplace ledge and coffee table are nice for sims to see when sitting there. The colour scheme of the double bedroom looks calming. The tall plants look nice placed either sides of the fireplace.
