Each of your three new homes look very nice! :) The outdoors pools and water fountain features in Villa Poseidon and Palm Springs Resort look so very nice! The sunken down backyard pool deck area in your Villa build and the way you have done the front water and flowers feature in the front area of the Resort looks so very nice! The gnome looks cute there in the Resort build! The water fountain features look nice on the sides of the Villa build. Very nice indoors pool area in your Resort build too. Very nice exterior designs of the builds! The blue, grey and red colour scheme of the interior of Rietveld Scroderhouse looks very nice. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the Resort. It looks great how you have set up the front desk counter for sims to check in. Great games area for sims to have fun playing chess or card games at the tables. They will enjoy keeping fit using the different types of gym equipment in the gym area. Nice bar counter area for sims to enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar and a chat. Nice outdoors umbrella covered tables area for sims to enjoy sitting outdoors in the sunshine.

Modern Hollywood Mansion is very nice! :) Very nice exterior design of the home! It looks very nice how you have done the curved fencing and water fountain features at the front entrance area of the home! The driveway area looks great! The plants and rocks look nice how you have placed them on the edge of the front of the home. Very nice back patio area! Sims will enjoy cooking on the bbq there and eating their meal in the outdoors air at the table. Nice bar area for sims to enjoy sitting on the stools in the subshine having a drink from the bar. Very nice upper balconies! Sims will have fun playing chess there, or enjooy sitying at the umbrella covered table enjoying the nice outdoors views.Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The kitchen is very nice! Sims will enjoy the sunlight coming in onto them through the kitchen windows whilst preparing meals there. The eggs basket and knife set on the counter and the pans on the wall are nice kitchen touches there for sims to enjoy seeing. It looks great how you have placed the kitchen cabinets! Very nice bedrooms. Great study desk table nook in the teen bedroom for sims to enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer. The shoes rack nook there looks great! It looks nice how you have placed the separate wall in the master bedroom with the tv on it. Sims will enjoy watching tv whilst laying in bed. Sims will enjoy listening to music from the radio whilst in their bedrooms. The living room is nice. Great corner music nook. Sims will either enjoy playing the grand piano, or enjoy resting on the sofa listening to the music being played. Very nice indoors pool room! Sims will have fun swimming there, or enjoy sitting resting poolside on the seats. It looks nice how you have placed a teaset on the table between the chairs.

Queen Nefertiti is a great boat home! :) The exterior design of it as a boat looks great! It looks great how you have the pool of water around the edges of the boat and that sims can enjoy swimming in the pool. It is a creatively designed boat build! It looks great how you have done the steps up to the back patio area. It looks great how you have used the stairs through the home. It looks great how you have used the curved fencing for the back of the boat. It looks nice how you have placed the seating on the patio and porch areas for sims to enjoy sitting outdoors in the sunshine. Sims will enjoy cooking on the bbq and eating outdoors at the dining table there.Very nice furnishing of the interior! Great ship control room area! It looks great that you have placed the map on the wall there, for sims to see whilst sitting there at the counters watching tv or looking out through the windows at the outside views, Very nice bedrooms. Great dresser alcove area in the blue walled bedroom. Sims will enjoy listening to the music player there or have fun playing the guitar. The hut building there is great!

Queen Nefertiti is very adorable. and creative. :D I like the use of pools as the lake for sims can be swam on. Great use of plants too, and your interior part, they're very lovely. I'm adding this one to my favorites. :)
