My new build,

the Birchwood Villa

This is my newest house build i did in a while, it is a followup on the legacy that is the birchwood manor, one of my more successfull builds.
I decided to make a new house that carried the same name but is not just a copy of it. It holds space for a family that has up to 4 people living in it and is decorated in a very generous fashion. It is not too modern, but it is not too old fashioned, the perfect mix! There is storage space underneith the house in the basement and there is a perfect art studio in the attic!
For your relaxation purposes there is a pool in the back of the house with a jaccuzi! Enjoy!

The exterior design of and layout of Birchwood Villa is so very nice! :) The roofing is very nice! The flower box windows look pretty in the build. The upper curved front balcony looks very nice! Very nice outdoors areas! The way you have used the hedging in the landscaping of the build looks so very nice! Very nice back patio areas! Sims will have fun swimming in the pool or enjoy relaxing on the loungers under the umbrella. Child sims will have fun playing on the monkey bars. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The kitchen is very nice! The island stove and bar stool counter is great! The utensils, fruit bowl, mugs set , wall knives and hanging pans are nice kitchen touches in the room. Very nice design of the living room! The crockery display cabinets, glass trophy display cabinet , the photos and plants on top of it, and the pictures on the wall look very great! Sims will enjoy resting on the sofas in front of the fire. The plants and flowers on the fireplace ledge and coffee table are nice for sims to see when sitting there. The colour scheme of the double bedroom looks calming. The tall plants look nice placed either sides of the fireplace.
It is a very nice home! :)

Excellent work on the Cathedral and the new yacht, J0L! That ship is about as perfect as you could possibly get in this game, I think. Loved it from top to bottom, and especially the engine room. Loved the drama of the Cathedral too. :)

First of all i have a new build for you called the
Belgian Surburban nr1

This house is a higly detailed family house based on real houses you would see in Belgium.

It contains
- Room for a family of 4 or 5
- Art room
- Big basement for storing all kinds of items
- pool
- fully decorated
- 1 master bedroom, 1 teenage and 1 young adult room.

Now time for the second build, a bit smaller!

The Lakeview Lodge.

This little vacation cabin was made for the purpose of having a nice cozy lodge for your sims to relax when they are on holiday. With its lovely details and nature you will dissapear in the forest and forget all your big city worries!

This build contains:
-room for 6 people
-fully decorated interor.
-nice deck with pretty views.
-basic comoddities.
-1 bathroom

Each of your builds are so very nice! :) Very nice exterior designs of each of the builds! They are very detailed builds! The design of the Angry Hen Pirate Ship and the Titan Super Yacht are very creatively designed and bullt ! The Zen Spa Center will be restful for sims to enjoy visiting. The bamboo plants look very nice on the front exterior balcony . The Simoleon Estate looks very grand! Vey nice design of the landscaping of the gardens! The hedging , flowers and water fountain look very nice how they are placed in the build! Each of the homes look very nice! Very nice furnishing of the interiors of the homes.
The builds are very nice! :)

SO .. this is a very long thread for good reasons, theres a ton of new stuff i made and didnt put on here! so i will fix that right now and update you all on what i have been doing!

This is one of my favourite things i ever built... its a titanic... Smaller off course!
But every bit of this boat is designed to be the titanic. From the rooms that are based on titanic interiors to the outside, to the first and 3rd class deeck to the engine room. It was created to be as authentic as possible!

This replaces your von haunt house in the windenberg. It is a more stately home that suits its enviroment alot better and the entire bottom floor is designed to have the perfect wedding party, with dinging rooms, a ceremony room, bar and large kitchen! the upper floors are still decorated as a museum like the original had.

the titanic is a small version of it, so it fits on a 50x50 lot. =3 it may not have 4 funnels but is very much looking like it
