The Observers Mansion is very gorgeous! :D
I like the architectural layout, great use of flat roofing. Great use of doors and windows too, and your telescope fits in this lot very well. I also like your landscaping. Great use of plants, very suiting to this lot. I also like your pathway and your backyard too. And your interior part, amazing! I love the use of modern furnishing. Nice orange kitchen by the way.
I love it! Adding this to my favorites. :D

A nice cozy family house with a gym and pool on the bottom floor with a roomy garage for your hobbys, the living quarters are on the first and second floor. There are 3 bedrooms, one for the parents and 2 for the kids, a spacy living room and there is a gardening shed in the back garden with a working bench. I hope you like the house and leave a comment if you want!

Your new home Darwin House is very nice! :) The exterior design of the home is very nice! Very nice roofing! The garage looks great! Nice upper balcony. It looks nice how you have used the dome type windows in your build. It is great that you have a garden shed in your build. Very nice back patio area for sims to enjoy eating meals outdoors in the air at the table there. They will enjoy growing and harvesting plants in the planters there. Very nice furjishing of the interior of the home! It looks very nice how you have the indoor pool! The black and white patterned flooring aroubd the edges of the pool looks nice. Sims will enjoy having a drink from the bar after having fun swimming. Very nice living room! It looks very nice how you have placed the sofa and the armchairs in the room, for sims to enjoy sitting having a chat together whilst watching tv. The grandfather clock in the corner and the books on the coffee table are nice homely touches there. They will enjoy listening to music from the grand piano being played whilst sitting therel Sims will enjoy using the fitness equipment in the gym to keep fit.. They will have fun listening to music from the stereo or watching tv whilst training. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! The green, blue and red colours of the bedroom walls looks nice. Nice dresser alcove in the green double bedroom. Sims will enjoy watching tv whilst laying in bed in the master bedroom. The musical themed picture on the bed head wall is nice for sims to see when in bed, and the patterned wall looks nice. Very nice kitchen and dining areas. It looks nice how you have placed the kitchen cabinets and counters , and that sims can see though from the kitchen to the living room whilst cooking meals. The yellow flowers on the dining table are sunny for sims to see when dining, and the yellow colour of the walls there looks nice. Very nice light filled study! Sims will enjoy looking out at the views through the windows there whilst sittimg at the desk table using the computer or having a read of a book. The bathroom is very nice! It looks very nice how you have placed the double mirrors there and have the shelf in between them with the plant and toiletries on it and the cabinet above it.
It is a very nice home :)

Cafe D'Amour is a very nice place for sims to enjoy visiting for a drink and entertainment. The exterior design of it is so very nice! :) The dormers are very nice, and it looks very nice the types of and how you have placed the windows in the build! The texture of the exterior is nice. The birds decor looks nice on the front exterior of the cafe. The roofing is very nice! Very nice front and back patio outdoors dining areas! Sims will enjoy sitting at the red umbrella covered tables there enjoying having a drink in the sunshine. The ground paving there is nice. The flowers there and the water fountain at the back patio are very nice for sims to see when sitting there. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the cafe! It looks nice how you have placed the tables and chairs in the areas of the cafe . Sims will enjoy listening to the music from the grand piano whilst sitting at the tables having a drink. The wall paneling looks very nice, and the red colour scheme of the tables and curtains in the music nook area creates a nice feel and look. The lamps are nice touches on the red tables Very nice bar area! It looks very nice how you have placed the cabinets on the wall behind the bar counter! The tea set and yellow flowers on the bar counter are nice touches for sims to enjoy seeing whilst sitting there having a drink. It looks nice how you have placed curtained arches between the bar area and musical area. The colour and the wall tiling in the bathroom looks nice. Nice sitting alcove in the bathroom. Very nice upper landing area for sims to enjoy sitting resting in front of the fireplace, or to have fun playing chess or card games at the tables.
It is a very nice French themed cafe. Both the exterior and interior of the cafe is very nice! :)

You did a great job on the Darwin House, J0l! And Café D'Amour is quite lovely too! Welcome back. :)
