Ok here are my two cents on everything.
I agree that we should take the rest of this week and next to catch up on everyone's stories. I'm behind on a few so this will allow me to get up to speed.
I like the idea of a coffee hour/day but I don't think we should limit it to one day. I think once someone posts an update might be the best chance to talk about it or at least get whatever comments or questions out. It will be fresh on our minds and might prove more productive. But I'm cool with a more structured talk as well. I just can't do weekends since that is the busiest time.
