I'd rather a Saturday, but Friday works fine none-the-less. Friday is my busiest day! :D And anyway, I generally comment when everyone else is asleep, so you'll find my comments Saturday morning!
If Friday works for you that way, I think that's fine.
But some people, including me, said they didn't have time in weekends. So I recommended Friday ;)
