#3 CC Really helps enhance our storylines, but what other 'things' do you so to help enhance your story?
That's a good question indeed. Over the course of writing my story I realized how important the visual side of the story is. That's why I began experimenting with every picture. Sometimes it is more noticeable sometimes less.
Look at this picture for example. I played with the lighting to emphasize how lonely and helpless my character is feeling.https://s32.postimg.org/n2boo29qt/562971_orig.jpg
I took this even further in the recent chapter. I'm sure we all loved the vision of transformed Kellie. I bet this picture also helped to convince so many of my readers to root for my favourite couple. :wink:https://s31.postimg.org/y1akdo0u3/image.jpg
#4 What Character is the hardest to write in your opinion?
In non-simlit I would say good likeable characters are hardest to write. In simlit it is the opposite. Not for the same reason though.
I'm struggling when I write evil characters or evil things being done. I noticed that simlit readers are sensitive to this stuff. The game itself is rather optimistic (if you don't count all those kinds of death your sims may suffer), but I like darker stories. I don't want to drive the readers away with serious topics, but I can't write solely optimistic and funny stories.
@Maladi777 I am more impressed with your level of detail with your story - the fact that 'lighting' is a hidden support character in your stories is simply amazing! Those screenshots though.
