Buy generators or solar panels to have power on your lotand water pumps to have running water. What about rainwater storage? (assuming weather gets added)
A lot of farms here in Aussieland have rainwater tanks and/or dams
And as for pumping groundwater, what about a windmill? These objects might break from time to time, so that there will be no power/water until your repair it.I like that idea."Off The Grid" objects include outdated furniture that doesn't rely on water/power like a porta potty toilet that doesn't use waterA pit toilet would be better, and include the risk of it contaminating the groundwater.and a stove that uses fire instead of electricity. What about a solar stove?LIVE STOCK
Sheep.
Give 'em a haircut, spin the wool, knit ugly clothing, hats and scarves.
Water tanks for rainwater are very popular in Hawaii. And a pit toilet/septic system reminds me a lot of Cities:Skylines and SimCity where you have to be careful to put your wells far away from the landfills and sewage treatment plants to make sure the groundwater isn't contaminated. Maybe you can hire a service that sends a truck to empty the septic tank for a hefty fee.
