*Important* - If you are having an issue where the horse/foal you wish to sell just disappears without giving you any funds... The way to sell properly is to unlock any doors/gates for that horse/foal and then sell. They will travel to the lot's edge and you will then receive the sale price for them. You will also see this message (pic below) letting you know the sale was successful.
