This is my starting sim, Summer Meadow and her two horses, Roscoe the sooty buckskin Thoroughbred stallion and Dahlia, the dapple grey Welsh Cob mare. Summer also bought a mini-sheep and a mini-goat.

I built the ranch myself and the value is 50,000 Simoleons so Summer will have to repay that.
