OMG Whats wrong with this build!

Is there a way for you to remove the whole ceiling and make a new one (maybe build a wall around it, or just make 1 big floor and delete it)?

This looks kind of like the house I build for the zombie apocalypse challenge. Good times. I'm afraid I don't have any good advice, but I appreciate your coming on here to warn us about the dangers of playing with walls.

Would it be possible to delete the individual rooms affected and start them over?

Unfortunately the game refuses to delete the outside upper ceilings and the inner celing tiles. That pictured mess was the result of me clicking the outer most ceiling tiles to delete them after creating a raised platform on second floor. 

Potential Fix:The build is on a diagonal and I could slowly patch the top floor to fill in the gaps, but that defeats the point of EA code of quickly deleting the outer celing (which it wont let me do).   I cant figure out how to fix and if I were to, its gonna take me forever to sort this out.  

Here if anyone has an idea as how to remove the outer celing over the raised platform AND fill in those missing tiles, I have uploaded this monstrosity to gallery and I would be gracious of anyones help to fix this mess. id ehkay

HA HA I know right!?!  BissenNess​   I gotta admit, my builds always have that little something extra with them!   ie: Plenty of glitches. 😉 

I know what you mean, but if I were to start deleting individual rooms, I would have to  practically,  restart the build over again.  Its a big lot with the house built on the diagonal,   and I'm already tearing my hair out with this one.

But, hey hey if you wannt take a gander at this monstrosity, check it out @ id: ehkay. 

Recently I've had three builds fail in some way or other, and I'm not even a good Sims4 builder.

Hiya :) just saw this and I don't know if you still have this issue 
but when I placed the build from gallery it appeared normal without ceilings corruption
I was able to add ceilings back clicking the rooms and the yellow line above where it gives you ''add ceiling'' option :)
you should probably test replacing the lot again from gallery and then applying the ceilings,
sometimes it gets weird and glitchy in build mode 😅 especially with platforms and all
and other times it just takes a game restart or placing the lot again to de_glitch

Simmingal​ You say its ok when d/l from gallery?  Oh wow!  I will try again with this build and see if its worth salvaging . 

Recently we have been having issues with the sims4 game, such as game freezing upon save to file, save to gallery,  while terraining the land, placing objects and just gernal sluggish behaviour. 

Very recently I clicked a build to the gallery and the entire game froze, and needless to say,  I lost the rag and haven't returned to Sims4.

Very understandable :) have been on the edge of throwing my computer out the window at times too 😅 Hopefully it works in your save too, if not then I'd suspect save might have broken 🫠 really hope not 🙏
