Yes, I decided not to use New Crest at all, so many lots in the current world unused in my save now, so why not, buldozed the most and added all the community lots :)

Haha, well Sean will not stop to 100 either, but I am not sure will he get that far :D so that is a goal for now :p
Yes, it was easy to dl some fitting venues, as I am not a fan of using NewCrest either :) There is still room to add more if I need, and I turned all rentals as residential too, so plenty of free lots to sims to move in :)
