One Month One World One Year Challenge 2022

Robin finally made it to level 8 rock climbing (no pics, I'm so sick of seeing her rock climb and I'm sure you all are too :D). However, I did spot Savannah out braving the elements. @Carebear92

Level 8 rock climbing seems more than adequate to me for this excursion, and because I want to make sure I have time to finish this aspiration, I decided just to go for it.

Before embarking on her journey though, she got a last minute grocery delivery with a few essential items for the trip. Dylan decided to hang around this time, first to eat her last grilled cheese sandwich. @SoulGal7

In the morning, she met Aimi at the Onsen and they headed for the first mile marker to begin their excursion. (The first time I did the mountain excursion, I accidentally brought a cat, a dog, and a toddler along lol, so I knew it was possible for pets to tag along, which is why I brought Pepper. I found this cute CC coat for her too that I've been so excited to use <3)

Much like @Karababy52's excursion, they started out with inclement weather, which made it the logical choice for them to rest first. (I found Pepper a CC doggie tent too and was very excited about that too!)

Well, someone got sprayed by skunk (those darn potty bushes haha), but at least brushing her out works to get her clean.

The weather began to clear, and they were on their way once more.

As evening approached, the weather got a bit dicey again. Robin stopped to eat a protein bar. Aimi obviously thinks she looks cute doing just about anything haha.

The lit a bonfire they found nearby and snuggled up for a bit, thawing a bit as the conditions only got colder.

"Thanks for coming with me," Aimi told Robin, tugging her closer. "It's been a family tradition for a long time to climb Mt. Komorebi, and I'm glad I get to share this part of my life with you."
