They toned phone usage down in a patch already, but I don't think they reduced it enough. I've seen screenshots of werewolves rampaging while on their phone as they ran around. o.O You'll know when the time is right depending on how her story goes to reveal her memories. Hmm, well, Morgan could just be a fling perhaps? Then you could still hook her up with your own Sims. Unless of course Flora ends up falling in love with her. Just go with the flow is my motto. :)
