As for Elfie and Delfina, whichever one you would like to romance is entirely up to you. It doesn't matter to me. In my save playing Elfie, he did accept going to prom as friends with Jeb Harris, and thought it would be fun, so, yeah, he's an elf...playful and full of childish dreams. Entirely up to you. :)
