Now when Gidget stepped to dark side too, I allow myself use cc hair, it is one of my absolute fav hairs, in my main I use it on Bella Goth (original, not the imposter one), In past I stayed in Maxis because Gidget was not using cc.
Of course all optional in your games <3
Everyday: all Get Famous
Formal: Get Famous, gloves Royal, Olive leaf crown , Royal pack , (pre-order/early buy bonus content? just leave it out if not have it)
Gym: Get Famous, pants base game.
Party: Get Famous
Swim: Poolside Slash, glasses Business Chick, hat base
Undies: Secret Sanctuary
I know I used only kits here, but just use what you want, hardly needed either often or at all, in other's games.
Hot: Get Famous
Cold: Get famous, leggins base(?) earmuffs base

Tattoo: here, only showing 3 in pic but all should be there like his raccoon tattoo.
Everyday: shirt: Laundry Day, jeans Horse Ranch
Formal: top: Get to work, pants: Casanova Cave

Also, your tip to recenter the front door worked a charm! I had to redo the house's facade a bit (including the 2nd-floor balconly) but it all worked out okay and the 3-tile front door leads to a 4-tile staircase that continues to a 4-tile gate.
I furnished the interior earlier, so I'm taking a break from that now and checking on Tae and Alej.
