Open for business update/Blast from the past content update

Watching too many videos of old sims games takes you down a long, nostalgic road for things we once had in our games that the sims 4 quite shamefully lack while being in its seventh or so year of exis...

Oooo i like that, so slacker sims with barely any ability wouldn't get higher in their job level until they actually did something
