After her short nap at Thrifttea and another "free" bubble tea, Raven headed back "home". It was still raining when she left, but she didn't want to overstay her welcome and have anyone think that she was a homeless sim. No, she didn't want anyone to find that out or the fact that she didn't have any parents. She had nearly cried when Rohan had casually said that her parents would drive her to school. She didn't know Rohan well enough to ask why he was living with his grandparents, but maybe he had lost his parents, too. She hoped she would see him again as she felt they could be friends.

On her walk back, she had found a few rocks and discarded items. She figured she could sell them and get some simoleons, since she still had 0 simoleons to her name. While she was picking up an unusual rock, she saw a covered gazebo at the end of a pier and it looked like there was a bench there. Maybe that's where she could spend the night. It was sheltered from the rain, and she could take a few naps on that bench. It sounded like a plan.
As she laid her head down, she thought of the other teen she had met tonight. Wolfgang Munch. Oh gosh! She really hoped she would see Wolfgang again. Could a teen be any more dreamier than he was? He looked so hot with that eyeliner he wore. Did he know what affect he had on sims? Or maybe he just had this affect on her. She sighed, and with those thoughts in her head, she drifted off to sleep.

The next day she was up bright and early for her walk to school. When she arrived, she was directed to Principal Prescott's office and was given a school orientation. Thankfully it was brief as she had flashbacks of all the other times she had been in the principal's office. Maybe this time would be different though and she could stay out of trouble.

When she left the principal's office, a bunch of students were standing with their arms outstretched. Raven wasn't sure what was going on, and one of the students, Luna Villareal, told her it was a T-pose challenge. Maybe this was some weird new student initiation, but Raven decided to be cool about it and joined in.

The bell rang for first class. It was math class and the teacher droned on, and with the little sleep that Raven got last night, she felt herself dozing off. Gah! She had to find somewhere to have a power nap at lunch. Thankfully, first period was soon over.

Raven was just about to leave the class, when Wolfgang entered. Holy Plumbobs! He was just as good looking as he was last night and he was making a beeline right towards her.
Wolfgang smiled when he saw her: "Hey, Raven, nice seeing you again. How'd your first class go?"

But before she could utter a response, a teen, who she had seen earlier, entered the class and rudely interrupted them.

Malcolm: "Wolf, I wouldn't get too chummy with this one. I saw her talking to Luna Villareal earlier like they were best buds. She's probably going to join the Paragon Club soon..."
Wolfgang: "Malcolm, back off. Raven's cool. It's her first day. And she doesn't look like the Paragon type to me..."

Malcolm glared at Raven: "You just can't be sure. I don't trust her. Something about her is fake. So don't say I didn't warn you."
Raven to Malcolm: "Listen, you don't know me. I can be friends with whomever I want and join any club I want! Who are you to tell me what I can and can't do? I mean, I might even join the...the...Computer Team...and if you have a problem with it...that's too bad!"

Malcolm looked at them both and then huffed off.
Raven looked at Wolfgang: "I'm sorry...I didn't mean to say that...it just came out. You must think I am so horrible now..."
(Raven knew she had just told Wolfgang a little white lie, because that is exactly what she would have said to someone like Malcolm, and the reason she always got in trouble for fighting. But she really wanted Wolfgang to like her.)
Wolfgang chuckled: "On the contrary, I like a girl who can stand up for herself. Plus Malcolm had it coming. He's always trying to intimidate everyone, especially the new students. He's a Landgraab...a rich kid...and his parents make huge donations to the school, so he gets away with practically everything. But I think he might have met his match..."

Raven brightened: "Oh really? I don't know why he hates me. I didn't even do anything to him. And this Paragon Club...I don't even know what it is. I didn't see it listed as an after-school club activity..."
Wolfgang: "It isn't. It's a club in Windenburg, where I'm from. And it's a kind of rival club to the club I belong to. Let's just say that the Paragons and Renegades don't get along. But as far as after-school clubs, if you're serious, the Computer Team is an awesome club to join. In fact, I am a Computer Team member and we're always looking for new recruits. Maybe you'd like to talk about it over lunch..."
Raven: "Lunch? You want to have lunch with me?"
Wolfgang: "Yeah, I mean if you're not busy. And I can show you where the computer room is..."
Raven just smiled and looked at Wolfgang. Oh yeah! She was most definitely joining the Computer Team now. And that is exactly what Raven did.

After Wolfgang showed her the computer room, and gave her a Computer Team uniform, he also told her about the Social Bunny app. Social Bunny was a social media app where Raven could add contacts, send DMs, make posts, and react to other Sims’ DMs and posts. Raven joined and she and Wolfgang became Social Bunny friends. He then had to head off to speak to one of his teachers.

There was still some time before the afternoon class began, and Raven had spied a bench near the cafeteria. She figured she could take a quick power nap before class. But when she got there, the bench was occupied.
Maybe she could just lay her head down on a table in the cafeteria and nap there. And that is exactly what she did and soon dozed off. Unfortunately, when the afternoon bell rang she didn't hear it, and the only thing she did hear was Principal Prescott's voice yelling at her.

Principal Prescott: "Miss Blackburn! Aren't you supposed to be in class?"
Raven jolted awake: "Um....did the bell ring?"
Principal Prescott: "Yes, Miss Blackburn...half an hour ago. I know this is your first day and you are new to the rules of this school, but I will not tolerate skipping..."
Raven: "But, I...I wasn't skipping. I didn't sleep well last night and I just dozed off during lunch. I'll go to class right now..."
Principal Prescott: "I don't want to hear your excuses Miss Blackburn. Unfortunately, you will serve detention after school..."

Raven:"Detention? But...couldn't you just give me a warning? It's my first day here...please?"
Principal Prescott: "I am well aware of that Miss Blackburn, but the detention stands. Perhaps you will be more diligent in your studies from now on. Now get to class!"
Raven's face fell. Oh gosh! Detention! She quickly headed off to class. Afterwards she sat all alone in her classroom serving detention. Well, she did it. She had set a new record. Detention on her very first day of school! She was in a new school, and wanted to make a good impression, but some things never changed.

Things are looking up for Raven and Wolfgang. Good compatibility and they are now on the Computer Team together.
