Own a University and Apartment Building
So, your sim can own a university, and basically you can hire a dean:
•The Sim can work all-alone, but it is helpful to hire professors on your side!
• Besides just paying employees, there needs to be a source of demand. Students will need chairs, and a lecture, and a dean's building, and at least 1 dorm room consisting of a bedroom(Bed) and a bathroom(Sink, Toilet, and Shower).
•The Sim can hire 4 professors. They will be in charge of one Faculty subject building (More to add when Sims 4 gets updates)
No matter what Sim degree is in, the professor will be in charge of one building and will teach all degrees(no matter what student picks the subject, professors will just simply be in charge of 1 building that is classified as a Faculty Building(my suggestions)
• The Dean's building is build by having at least 1 chair, a desk, and a computer to be in charge of the school. The Dean will check up on your Sim (Who is the head chancellor) and tell your Sim what currently is happening with the students, and the professors.
If things are going well, the dean will tell your Sim that everything's good!
Otherwise, they will tell you that something's wrong, and ask your Sim to take a look.
• The Professors must have enough Skill to teach the students their major. Charisma, and R&D are the top requirements,
Or you can just lecture yourself providing you have enough Skill to teach the students.
•All Professors have satisfaction, and you can praise them, criticize them or fire & promote them, which will increase or decrease satisfaction.
The Dean will tell you from time to time about the professor's satisfaction. and comment on them as well.
Sometimes, if you take a little look in the hallways or classrooms, you will see two classmates fighting, or bullying with each other. If your Sim or a professor intervenes in time, they will either(And your sim can too!) Do a stern warning(Reduces chances of the two fighting again, higher Charisma helps with this) Take the classmates in the office(The students and the dean will have a talk, also charisma helps too!) Or Expel the students(High Logic increases chances, and the student(s) will be expulsed from the university)
