(Part 1) Which Sims 3's "Mental" trait do you want back in Sims 4?

I had fun with that one.
I used it as part of my own take of the asylum challenge. I had a household of trouble teens with two staff members.
They lived close by the hospital rabbit hole so any teen going through a rough moment just needed to walk over to the hospital.
The shifting traits were fun.
