Password lock the computers

Yes please, I also like to avoid mods because once I pop I just can't stop... then I have one thing which breaks the game, I can't figure out which because there's too much and I have to delete the whole folder. But I hate the whole neighbour sims coming in and just making themselves at home, I don't think this should be allowed unless you're at either good friends level or you've given them a spare key. Respectful house guests please! (And an option of telling disrespectful guests off, could be tied in with their traits maybe? Some more polite than others)
