I really wish there is more we can do in our sims world with the camera. Like in the sims3 when we could take certain pictures and they became achievements, i.e Buildings, flowers, even sims in action...

Absolutely! Imo, every skill in game should have a career, aspiration, or both attached. Right now there's no motivation to really pursue the photography skill.
Maybe it could be incorporated into the Social Media career in City Living, or just be another Work From Home option? Like, Photo Journalist seems like a natural fit for that one...
