He's right that there are limitations--CAS is a fairly powerful tool, but it doesn't allow for adjustment of everything. With that being said, you can use CAS to narrow the face. In fact, there are several ways to get a more narrow look. The first way is to click on the forehead and move the mouse around--in the up/down direction you can make the face longer/shorter, and side to side you can make it more narrow or wider.
