Wall shower heads are a big one for me, and I so agree on the need for bathroom cubicles as well. The bathrooms on my commercial lots always feel odd to me.
I don't care so much about swings, but I do want to see spiral stairs, pool tables and bunk beds! A university pack is the perfect place for ALL of these to show up!
