I also would like it if they brought full time nannies for role playing purposes. I'm looking forward to being able to hire butlers. I'm guessing we probably can't hire someone we know to by our butlers.
For Example: I made the alternate reality Wayne family and I made a Sim after Alfred Pennyworth. So far, I just have him look and act the part. But, I would like to be able hire him as an official Butler.
I think it's possible to edit the butler in CAS and make him look like whatever.
