Please allow us to disable randomly generated sims

I know there are tons of us wanting this option :) Please give us the option to disable randomly generated sims from spawning in our towns. It would make me oh so happy :smiley:

Is it possible to make sims that don't live in any houses live in your neighboorhood to replace the randomly generated ones? Because if not this option and the OPs idea should cone together.
