I just thought of a possible idea -- let's say they patch swimmable oceans down the road, maybe as part of a tropical vacation pack. What if at that point we got a "suburb" for Del Sol Valley, maybe 5 lots, set alongside the beachfront with the ability to swim in the ocean? It's just a thought but it could work...
