I would like a Niagara Falls world. I think it would be a really scenic world. Perhaps one neighbourhood could be the rental zone with the lodges/cabins you mentioned.
The second neighbourhood could be the holiday homes or residential zone. I would like a bigger commercial area and the waterfall is the main attraction here. ?
