Yup, maybe monotremes can be a part of zoo animals while thylacine be a part of prehistoric animals.

It reminds me of the Harvest Moon game, but I'm not entirely sure if I want TS4 to be a farming simulation game.

Farm animals and mythical dragons

Farm animals and mythical should be added to pets, including horses and birds brought back. Birds were okay but horses were a big thing missing from sims 4 pets or some type of farm expansion. Especially as someone who never had the chance to own sims 3 pets, I was so excited for sims 4 pets only to see no horses. It would be fun to create a livestock farm to tend to with horses, sheep, cows, chickens, dragons, unicorns, etc. Or even a zoo eventually, but I think farm should come first as it's simpler and we are currently missing horses.

Zoo...? No. They're wild animals. They need to be wild, not locked up. Same with the Thylacine. It's possible that they may still exist, there's often possible sightings of them, in the wild.
